Big Wheel

The Big Wheel of Paris, also known as La Grande Roue de Paris, is a famous ferris wheel located in Place Charles de Gaulle at the heart of the French capital. It was built in 1900 for the World Exhibition, in celebration of the new century, and its height of 60 m makes it one of the tallest in the world. At the top of the wheel, passengers can enjoy panoramic views of the City of Light, from the Eiffel Tower to the Arc de Triomphe. Each capsule is climate-controlled and provides a unique experience day or night. On-board audio-visual systems also provide immersive views of the city’s monuments as you go along your ride. With its illuminated and revolving structure, La Grande Roue de Paris is truly a sight to behold.
