The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (SMMNRA) covers more than 500 sq mi of breathtaking terrain that includes magnificent mountains, beaches, meadows, canyons and roads for adventurers of all ages. The SMMNRA stretches from Point Mugu State Park in Ventura County to Griffith Park in Los Angeles, making its way along the urban landscape of LA and beyond.
