
The Royal Palace Amsterdam is the official residence of the Dutch Royal Family. Located in the center of Amsterdam, this impressive building is constructed in the Dutch Baroque style and is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Amsterdam. It was originally built as the Town Hall of the city in the 17th century, and was converted into a Palace at the end of the 18th century. The interior of the palace holds many valuable works of art from all over the world, as well as some of the furniture used by the Royal Family. Visitors can take a guided tour of the palace and learn about the history of the building. Outside, visitors can also explore the large surrounding gardens, and see the traditional Dutch architecture in which the palace has been constructed.
