Monumento a Raffaello is a beautiful sculpture of the famous Italian painter, Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino (1483-1520). This monument is located in the Italian city of Urbino, which is also the birthplace of Raffaello. The sculpture was completed in 1936 and is made of bronze and stands about 5 meters tall. It is located at the entrance of the University of Urbino and is surrounded by a small garden with trees and benches. It is definitely worth seeing, not only for its artistic value, but also for its historical meaning. It is a great spot for a photo to remember your visit to Urbino and its iconic piece of art.
