McWay Falls

McWay Falls is a majestic natural wonder located on the California coastline in Big Sur. The 80-foot tall waterfall cascades year-round over a cliff, reaching out directly onto the beautiful beach below. A must-see spot on the Pacific Coast Highway, McWay Falls is accessible via a short and easy hike from the Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park, where visitors can take in stunning views of the waterfall, the ocean's vastness off to the horizon, and if lucky, some of the local wildlife.
