Herrenhaus Borstel is a historic manor house located in the small town of Sülfeld, Germany. Dating back to the 16th century, the house underwent a major reconstruction in 1919 and today it serves as a residential and business center. The manor house has been kept in pristine condition and is a popular tourist attraction. It has lovely gardens where visitors can wander and marvel at the stunning scenery in the area. It also houses a small museum recounting the house's long history and particularties of the noble family that occupied it. The interiors of the manor house include a grand staircase, several large, ornate rooms filled with furnishings and decor from the past, as well as a library and office. Visitors can view some of the now restored furniture as well as paintings. Herrenhaus Borstel is also a great place to take a stroll and explore, or enjoy a picnic under the trees in the garden.
