Grote Kerk Breda, or the Great Church of Breda, is a landmark in the City of Breda in the Netherlands. The large gothic church dates back to 1252, making it one of the oldest churches in the Netherlands. A prominent feature of the Gothic architecture is its richly decorated main entrance that stands at an impressive 20m tall. Inside, visitors can find a range of art pieces from masterpieces to modern sculptures. The church is filled with artifacts and features from a long past, as well as a reminder of the Nazi occupation during WWII. There is also an onsite cafe and shop for visitors to enjoy. Grote Kerk Breda is one of the most stunning examples of Gothic architecture in the country, and is definitely worth a visit for its fascinating history and stunning views.
