Camps Bay

Camps Bay is an exhilarating seaside suburb of Cape Town situated at the base of Table Mountain. Its wide beach and luxurious restaurants, bars and hotels have made the area popular with locals, visitors and celebrities alike. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here such as day trips to nearby wineries and the Kirstenbosch Botanic Gardens, surfing, kite surfing and snorkelling. The area has plenty of shoreline walks and trails, including some that follow the Twelve Apostles mountain range. During the summer months, there is also a market held on the beachfront every Sunday. There's plenty of good shopping in the area and cafes with great views of the ocean.
