Pont Saint-Laurent

Pont Saint-Laurent is a bridge over the Saône River, connecting the city of Chalon-sur-Saône in the French department of Saône-et-Loire. It was opened in 1851 and is located in a wooded area, creating a perfect spot for a romantic amble along the river. The structure is impressive and consists of two curved stone arches, making it a great spot for photography. From here, travellers can take stunning pictures as they look out towards the Chapel of Notre Dame de la Peyrouse, which is visible in the distance. The nearby park is also worth exploring, offering wonderful views of the river, along with plenty of places to take a break and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.
