Lungo fiume Duero

Lungo fiume Duero and Ponte dom Luis is a breathtaking 18th-century port city in northern Portugal, situated along the banks of the Douro River. Porto, as it is affectionately known, is a vibrant city full of beautiful monuments, quaint neighborhoods, and colorful cafés and restaurants. The Duero River and its impressive double-decker bridge, the Ponte dom Luis, are one of Porto's most iconic sites. Designed by Teófilo Seyrig, the bridge connects the city to the neighboring city of Vila Nova de Gaia and the hill of Serra do Pilar, providing gorgeous views of the landscape below. On both sides of the bridge, visitors can find numerous activities including traditional river cruises, wine-tasting, restaurants, and cafes. Porto is also known for its numerous churches, cathedrals, squares, parks, and palaces. The city is filled with vibrant street art, plenty of shops and markets, and is a great place to explore by foot.
