Leuchtturm Podersdorf

Leuchtturm Podersdorf is a lighthouse in Neusiedl am See in Burgenland, Austria. It is situated on the northern shore of the Neusiedler See at the 'End of the World' and has been a landmark for sailors since the 18th century. The 19-meter-high tower was built in 1873 and was equipped with a new light system in 1911. The current light is powered by the sun, making it an important element of the eco-tourism in the region.
