Godrevy Lighthouse

Godrevy Lighthouse is a stunning Grade II listed building located on the Gwithian Towans, approximately 7 miles west of St Ives, Cornwall. Built by Trinity House in 1858, Godrevy Lighthouse stands tall at a formidable 30 meters. With its striking red and white bands and surrounded by stunning views, the lighthouse is a great destination in and of itself. But, many come to Godrevy for its incredible wildlife, including both grey and harbor seals, kittiwakes, guillemots and razorbills. This popular destination also offers fantastic walking and cycling opportunities, both along the shore and in the nearby countryside. If you’re lucky, you’ll also catch a glimpse of the Cornish Chough. Make sure to bring a camera, as this is a truly incredible place and one that must be seen to be believed.
