Glockenspiel am Hochzeitshaus

Hameln’s picturesque Glockenspiel am Hochzeitshaus stands on the Rathausmarkt, in the centre of town since 1910. The moving figures depict the Pied Piper Legend and have delighted visitors of all ages for over 100 years. Visitors can watch the performance from 11am - 12pm and 5pm - 6pm. Interestingly, locals claim that the figures on the Glockenspiel are the models for all Pied Piper figures worldwide. A bronze rat is also found nearby, a reminder of the legend!
