The Dolmen de Sorginetxe is a archeological site in Northern Spain located in the small town of Arrizabalaga. This site dates back to the New Stone Age, around 3500BC and is an amazing place to explore the fascinating culture of this area. It is made up of a huge burial tomb with a house-like structure, believed to have been a sacred temple built by the Basque people. Although it was long abandoned, it was restored in the late 19th century. Visitors can explore the entrance, interior staircase, and the burial chamber which is still decorated with petroglyphs. The area surrounding has been developed into a parking lot, which is a great place to park and access the tomb. There is also a small information center on-site, offering brochures and books about the area.
