Cascada de la Cola de Caballo

Cascada de la Cola de Caballo waterfall is located in the El Valle de Ansó valley in the municipality of Fanlo, Spain. Surrounded by lush forests, the waterfall cascades down with power and can be heard from far away. The course of the waterfall is actually cut from the porous limestone rock of the valley. The route to the waterfall is easy and suitable for all. Visitors can enjoy the forest filled with many varieties of trees and the birds chirping. Taking the time to appreciate the rushing water can soothe away any stress. Even though it is not among the highest waterfalls in Spain, La Cola de Caballo waterfall remains a popular attraction.
