Lion's Head Peak

Lion's Head Peak is an iconic mountain peak situated in the Table Mountain National Park in Cape Town, South Africa. This peak forms part of a distinctive flat-topped sandstone mountain range, providing stunning panoramic views over the city, harbor and Atlantic coastline. This area is popular among hikers, as it offers a relatively easy yet rewarding hike to the peak, with a number of interesting alternative routes. There is a series of commemorative plaques along the trail, paying tribute to pioneers and locals who have perished during their climbs.
