San Gimignano, in the Italian province of Tuscany is known for its beautiful medieval towers and ancient city walls. The town is situated on a hilltop, between the Val d'Elsa and Arbia rivers – views span out across the surrounding Tuscan countryside with its rolling hills and vineyards. San Gimignano is dotted with medieval squares, cobblestone streets, and piazzas.
