Cloitre de Brou is a monastery, museum and church located in the town of Bourg-en-Bresse in eastern France. Founded in 1506 by Margaret of Austria, it is a magnificent example of the French Renaissance style. The main attraction is the main building, a large two-storey structure with an ornate façade and an impressive vaulted roof. The church within the complex is also very spectacular and features an impressive Gothic style stained-glass window. Inside, visitors will find several artifacts connected to the monastery's illustrious history, including a selection of manuscripts, paintings and sculptures. Visitors can also explore the cloister, gardens, and a sculpture park surrounded by walls and a fountain. Outside, the complex is surrounded by a park and other buildings from the 16th century.
