Catholic Corpus Christi

Corpus Christi is one of the oldest Catholic churches in the city of Niasviž, Belarus. Built between 1637 and 1641, the monastery was originally a Carmelite monastery. The front façade of the Catholic Corpus Christi is decorated with several sculptures of Saints. Inside the church, visitors can admire frescoes, sculptures, and intricate stonework. In the center of the church is a large Madonna and Child painting. Visitors to the church will be amazed by the beautiful décor and stunning color scheme of the interior. Additionally, it is the final resting place of the great Polish poet, Adam Mickiewicz. Corpus Christi is located in the heart Niasviž old town, and is open to visitors year round.
