Cataratas do Iguaçu, also known as Iguazu Falls, is a spectacular series of waterfalls located on the border of Brazil and Argentina. With its widest waterfall reaching 82 meters and dropping at a height of 269 feet, Cataratas do Iguaçu is one of the largest and most majestic waterfalls in the world. The entrance to the falls is located in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, in Brazil, and it is easily accessible by bus or taxi. To fully experience the falls, visitors can take a boat tour that goes underneath the falls, or hike on the trail that leads to a lookout point for a breathtaking view. Keep in mind that the falls are located in a subtropical climate, so be prepared for warm and humid weather. Additionally, the best time to visit is from November to March, when the water flow is at its highest.
