Route 52

Route 52 is a scenic route in the province of Jujuy, Argentina. It can be enjoyed on a road trip, ideally with camping gear for an extended stay. It begins in El Cajón and snakes through the rural communities of Ledesma, Lumbreras, Santa Catalina and San Francisco. Along the route, visitors will be able to see beautiful scenery including rivers, high mountainous peaks and traditional Argentine provinces. Photographers will find some excellent photo opportunities at sites such as El Peñón de los herejes, a rock formation reminiscent of Stonehenge. Other notable sights include La Quebrada Rumiñahui, a deep canyon with groundwater streams. Route 52 is a great way to connect with local customs and culture and savor magnificent views of the Andean Mountains.
