National Theatre

The National Theatre in Staré Město, Czechia, is an impressive architectural landmark and one of the most beloved cultural venues in the city. Built between 1868 and 1881 in the Neoclassical style with elements of Baroque and Renaissance, the theatre is a must-see when you visit the city. The enormous façade features 15 statues of renowned Czech writers, composers and poets including Karel Čapek and Bedřich Smetana.
