Capilano Suspension Bridge's trail

Located in one of Vancouver’s stunning North Shore parks, the Capilano Suspension Bridge Trail spans 137 metres and is suspended 70 metres above the Capilano River. Stroll along the swaying bridge to the far platform, then enter the rainforest. Take a walk amongst the tall western cedars, Douglas firs, and a number of other evergreens that make up the lush temperate rainforest as you take in the sights and smells of the area. There are a number of trails that you can take within the park, with possibilities to take a shorter (1 km) or longer (3 km) route. The trails offer you a chance to experience the rainforest with its many giant trees, a thunderous waterfall, the peaceful river, and the suspension bridge! Along your journey, be sure to look for wildlife, particularly the birds and smaller creatures that inhabit the rainforest.
