Acropolis Museum

The world-renowned Acropolis Museum in Athens, Greece, offers an incredible insight into the ancient history of Greece. With a wide selection of sculptures, vases and artifacts from the Acropolis Hill in Athens, the Museum is an excellent showcase of ancient Greek culture. The exhibitions are divided into three distinct area; the main prominent display of sculptures from Acropolis Hill, the archaeology of the Acropolis, and the ancient Athenian Agora. In addition to many stunning sculptures, there are also the remains of structures such as the Stoa of Attalos, the Temple of Athena Nike, and the Odeon of Pericles. The entrance to the museum is from the Acropolis Hill itself and visitors can explore the complex of galleries as they make their way to the impressive top floor from which the view of the whole city is truly breathtaking.
