Yonge-Dundas Square

Yonge-Dundas Square is a public square in the downtown of Toronto, Canada. It is located at the intersection of Yonge Street and Dundas Street, just south of the Eaton Centre shopping mall. It is sometimes referred to as Dundas Square or Toronto Square. The square is considered to be the heart of the Downtown Yonge area and is one of the busiest gathering spots in the city. Yonge-Dundas Square provides a wide variety of attractions throughout the year like the Toronto International Film Festival. It hosts events such as concerts, performances, art exhibitions, and more. Skateboarders and street performers often use the area as their stage, while food vendors and artists set up their carts and stands. The area also features some of Toronto’s best restaurants and local shops, and provides a large space for people to take leisurely strolls and explore the city. Yonge-Dundas Square is definitely a must-see destination in Toronto.
