Valley of Fire State Park is located in Nevada and features some of the most dramatic landscapes encountered anywhere in the world. It’s known for its unique sandstone rock formations, petrified trees, and hiking trails that tie into diverse geological features such as Elephant Rock, Fire Canyon, and Seven Sisters. The park is also home to Native American petroglyphs and artifacts, making it a wonderful place for history buffs as well. From the scenic Visitors Center and park museum to petrified logs and other geological wonders, Valley of Fire is an amazing place to explore.
