Dalymount Park is an iconic football stadium, situated in the neighborhood of Phibsborough in Dublin, Ireland. It was opened in 1901 as the home for Bohemians FC, but nowadays it hosts the matches of three senior football clubs: Bohemian FC, Shelbourne FC, St Patrick's Athletic FC. The stadium is also a popular music venue, hosting several rock, pop, and folk performers.
There are several historic plaques and monuments situated around the stadium, for example a 1914 memorial dedicated to the sporting heroes of WWI or the "Leagues at War" memorial honors all fallen Irish footballers in the 1914-1918 War. A number of statues of Bohemians' former greats can also be found around the stadium. Dalymount is easily accessible by public transportation and there is plenty of parking available. It is worth noting that due to its popularity and the large number of events hosted, the stadium's capacity is often reduced. A new stadium is currently under construction at the same spot, and due to be opened in 2021.
