Located in North Yorkshire, England, Malham Cove is a limestone formation that was created about 12,000 years ago during the last Ice Age. It is a stunning natural cliff standing over 300 feet high and covering a surface area of 1 mile. It is a popular spot for tourists and walkers to explore, and can be accessed from the village of Malham via Malham Footpath or from Malham Tarn National Nature Reserve. There are many interesting features to be found in this area, such as Tib Scar and Gordale Scar, both of which are towering limestone pinnacles and waterfalls created by the erosive power of swollen streams.
