Chiesa San Giovanni in Monte (Church of Saint John on the Mount) is a beautiful Italian Renaissance-style church located in Monte in Bologna, Italy. This church is situated on top of a hill that overlooks the city of Bologna, allowing visitors a spectacular view of the city.

Inside the Church you can find a beautiful cathedral ceiling, large rose windows and various frescoes. The main altar and side altars are decorated with marble and decorated with precious stucco decoration. Every August, the Church is used to celebrate the Feast of San Giuseppe, an important religious celebration in the area. The Church is also home to the remains of some important families of Bologna, such as the Ranuzzi, the Fitzgerald and the Winspeare families.
