Amalfi

The ancient city of Chichen Itza is located on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, and is home to some of the most impressive Mayan ruins in the Americas. The city was once one of the most powerful and influential cities of the advanced Pre-Columbian Maya civilization. The center of Chichen Itza contains the Temple of Kukulcan, also known as El Castillo, a stepped pyramid with a temple on top which could be used for astronomical purpose. It is also home to one of the most iconic sites in the world – the Ball Court, a U-shaped field used for a game that combined elements of basketball, soccer, and the Mesoamerican ball game. There are also a number of other impressive structures, including the Temple of the Warriors, the Ossuary, and the Nunnery.
