Staufen Mountain

Staufen Mountain, located in Bayern Gmain, Germany is a popular tourist spot known for its spectacular views. Towering at 3,322 feet with a peak called the Riedberger Horn, visitors can look down on over 140 lakes and ponds. On a clear day, visitors can see as far as Austria from atop its summit! There is also a great MTB trail making the area a favorite destination among mountain bikers. For the wildlife enthusiast, there's abundant wildlife including deer, wild boar and even red eagles! There's also plenty of traditional houses peppered throughout the route, many of which offer a picturesque break from your hike.
