St Brelade’s Bay and Ouainsé Bay

St. Brelade’s Bay is an idyllic spot for beachgoers, located in the southwest corner of Jersey. Set among granite cliffs and framed by pristine white sand, it is a popular destination for swimming and sunbathing, as well as a favorite spot for marine activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing. The surrounding area is especially renowned for its incredible variety of sea life, with species ranging from basking sharks to dolphins commonly seen in the local waters. Just beyond St. Brelade’s Bay is the similarly beautiful Ouainsé Bay, located on the eastern side of Jersey. Here, visitors can explore hidden coves and sandstone cliffs, as well as the nearby La Serousats island, renowned for its natural beauty. While here, make sure to take a stroll across Victoria Pier, which connects both bays with a great view of the bay.
