Smurfit-Stone, One Prudential, & AON

The Untitled Picasso, located in the courtyard of the Smurfit-Stone, One Prudential, and Aon Center in downtown Chicago, is a 43-foot -tall, 50-ton metal sculpture created in 1967 by world-renowned artist Pablo Picasso. It is one of the oldest and most important public monumental sculptures in the United States, and the only one by Picasso in the city of Chicago. Nothing else looks quite like this abstract sculpture made of weather-resistant Cor-Ten steel, located near the busy corner of Randolph and Dearborn streets. A must-see for any art enthusiast, its grand scale makes it stand out from the surrounding skyscrapers and adds an iconic presence to the Loop.
