Plaza de Toros de Toledo

The Plaza de Toros de Toledo is an iconic landmark in the city of Toledo, Spain. Built in 1929, it is one of the most famous bullrings in the country. This huge, brick-walled arena is an impressive sight, and a great place to explore and take in the local atmosphere. There are nearly 30,000 seats that make up the circle of the arena, and there are regular bullfighting events held here. Although you may not attend a bullfight, it is still a great place to explore. During the day, you can wander around the plaza and visit the covered corridors on the lower levels. These corridors provide stunning views of the arena and the city of Toledo, especially as the sun sets. There is also an interesting museum dedicated to the history of bullfighting, with typical costumes, weapons and trophies on display. Make sure to take plenty of photos, as you’re sure to find some amazing angles of the plaza.
