Parroquia Nuestra Señora De Las Nieves

The Parroquia Nuestra Señora De Las Nieves is a beautiful Roman Catholic parish church located in the city center of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The church was built in the 16th century and is one of the few religious buildings in the city which has been preserved in its original form. It has a large central arch, two side aisles, around five Greek-style altars made from wood and marble, and several 17th-century relief sculptures. The walls of the church are adorned with 17th-century images depicting various Biblical stories. Inside the church, visitors will find a chapel dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi and an altar dedicated to the Virgin of Las Nieves. The parish church is open to visitors from 10am to 6pm throughout the week. Visiting the church is a great way to learn more about the culture and traditions of Jerez de la Frontera.
