Hemisfèric y Museo de las Ciencias

Hemisfèric y Museo de las Ciencias, located in València, Spain, is an impressive complex combining culture and science. It is part of the City of Arts and Sciences and includes the Hemisfèric (IMAX cinema), the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum, and the Oceanográfic (one of the largest aquariums in Europe). In the Hemisfèric, visitors learn about the science of light and image – through cinematographic projections and experiments in the Dark Room. The Príncipe Felipe Science Museum has five interactive areas and over 200 interactive features relating to different scientific processes. Finally, the Oceanográfic consists of interactive spaces focusing on the conservation of the ocean and its marine life. There is also a canteen service and several terraces with views of the complex and the Turia Gardens.
