Machu Picchu is one of the most iconic archaeological sites in the world. Located in the rugged Peruvian Andes mountain range and designated as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, the ruins of Machu Picchu are an unforgettable sight. The site is also home to an impressive array of terraces, temples, and other structures, many of which have been painstakingly restored over the years.
