The Dafne Schippers Bridge, located in Utrecht city, Netherlands, is a unique architectural masterpiece with a unique design. Designed by Dutch architect Ben van Berkel, it is the world's first "drawbridge on concrete piles", giving it quite a unique look. At 123 meters long, the bridge is spacious enough for the canal beneath it and there is a public walkway running along both sides. This walkway, as well as the two pathways across the bridge, is lined with trees, which add to the beauty of the bridge. There are also several benches to sit and watch the canal traffic go by. It's worth noting that, despite its relative newness, the bridge is already an established part of the city's skyline and provides a stunning backdrop for photographers!
