Paroisse Saint Martin

Paroisse Saint Martin is a historical Catholic Church located in the town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. This 18th century building is a testament to fine French Baroque architecture, featuring a stunning façade and altar made of white marble. Many of the original paintings from the church have been preserved and a lot of their artworks still line the walls. One of the highlights inside the church is the chapel of Saint Martin, which is dedicated to the local saint Martin of Tours. Additionally, the church is home to a massive wall dedicated to the life and works of the Catholic saint Leonard of Port Maurice. The statue of Virgin Mary stands majestically in the center of the church and overlooks the small town. Visitors of the church should also visit the nearby bell tower and take in the panoramic views of the rolling hills of the Provence region.
