Hurricane Hill

Hurricane Hill is a popular lookout located in the Olympic National Park in Washington State, just west of Whiskey Bend. It is a 3.2-mile (5 km) roundtrip hike from the Hurricane Hill Trailhead, and offers amazing views of the nearby Olympic Mountains and the beautiful Hurricane Ridge. During the drive up, you will traverse lush, old-growth forests, even passing (if you're lucky) a herd of local deer! The meadows of wildflowers and the vastness of the Olympic Mountain range can be seen as you crest the top; a truly breathtaking experience. Truly memorable, there is no doubt as to why it gets its name and why it is one of the most visited spots in the Olympic National Park.
