Statue of Liberty

The Statue of Liberty is the iconic symbol of freedom located in the harbor of New York. It was first gifted to the United States by the people of France in 1886 and stands 151ft tall. Visitors can tour the interior and view the museum, which includes artifacts and interactive exhibits. On the lower level of the pedestal, you can explore the "Immigrant Wall of Honor" which pays homage to the millions of immigrants who have come to the U.S. over the years. Ferry services depart regularly to the Statue of Liberty and views of the Statue and Manhattan skyline can be seen from any of the city's waterfronts.
