Mirador Cuesta de Lipan

Located in the rural municipality of Tumbayá, in the northern part of Argentina's Jujuy Province, Mirador Cuesta de Lipán is an impressive viewpoint with a stunning view over the entire area. From this viewpoint, visitors can admire the red sandstone formations of the Quebrada de Humahuaca and its deep canyon. This landscape stretches out as far as the eye can see and provides a spectacular sight, especially in the morning and late afternoon. This is a great place to take a few minutes and marvel at the ancient creation of our surroundings. Many travelers also choose to stay overnight in Tumbaya and explore the nearby villages and archaeological sites before getting to the viewpoint.
