Continental Paper Grading, located in Chicago, United States, is an interesting historical site. Founded in 1946, it is still an active facility that recycles paper and cardboard. For those interested in seeing and learning about the paper-recycling process firsthand, there is a public observation area, where visitors are treated to the sights and sounds of a working paper mill. The building itself is an interesting landmark to be seen. Constructed of brick, it is an example of architecture of through the 50's and 60's. Visitors can walk around the area to get a unique view of the machines, the grounds and the people who work there. Additionally, to the west, there is an array of large windows that give out onto a nearby park area - a great spot for a picnic lunch!
