Twenty Exchange Place

Twenty Exchange Place is a historic skyscraper located in the Financial District in downtown Manhattan, New York City. The building, which is 31 stories high, was completed in 1931 and is the second tallest building in the city. At 209 m (686 ft), it is one of the most recognizable buildings in the city, with its Art Deco design making it stand out from other skyscrapers in the neighborhood. The building is home to numerous financial and legal firms, but is best known for the observation deck and the accompanying restaurant. Visitors can take the elevator to the top floor and enjoy panoramic views of the New York City skyline, including the nearby Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. The observation deck also serves as a popular event venue, hosting special dinners and other gatherings. The building is fan-shaped, and its nearby building is affectionately referred to as the "sidekick" by locals.
