Palazzo Dario

Palazzo Dario is a stunning structure to behold, located in Venezia, Italy. Built in the 15th century and still in excellent condition, it is one of the landmarks of Venice and is a great example of Venetian Gothic architecture. As the traditional Venetian palazzos lined the canal, Palazzo Dario stands out in the midst of them for its distinctive style. Built in pink and white Istrian stone, the exterior features open arcades, a loggia, and a rounded portico with columns on the roof. The courtyard is surrounded by impressive arcades with ornate carvings in the stone walls. Inside the walls, the gallery and the staircase feature exquisite early 16th century frescoes depicting Biblical stories. The Grand Hallway has a very impressive marble fireplace.
