Lac de Sainte-Croix

Lac de Sainte-Croix, in Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon, France, is a stunning glacial lake located in the French Alps. Its high crystal-clear waters are bordered by sheer white limestone cliffs, vegetation and jutting rock formations that form an impressive wilderness scene. The lake is also used for a variety of outdoor activities, from swimming, windsurfing, and kayaking to fishing, rafting, and hiking.
