Curio Bay, located in the Catlins area of New Zealand, is a geological wonder of ancient times. Head to Porpoise Bay to witness the world's only remaining Reflection of Life fossils - fossilized trees, plants, and shells. There's also the Petrified Forest, an ancient petrified log forest, accessible with a 20-minute walk. Other points of interest at Curio Bay include Cathedral Caves and McLean Falls.
