Centraal Station

Centraal Station in Amsterdam is the main railway station in the Netherlands, and a hub for both national and international train trips. Located west of the city center in the borough of Amsterdam-Centrum, it directly connects to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Amsterdam Metro and regional bus services, making it one of the busiest railway stations in Europe. The station consists of a total of 24 platforms, which are connected to each other by two levels of underground tunnels, with direct access to the city center and all the main stations in The Netherlands. The station offers a variety of international restaurants, shops, and offices, as well as an array of services including luggage storage, ticket service and a currency exchange center. Additionally, the station is home to a modern, interactive information center and multimedia art installation.
