It is located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and is part of the Thames Path. This vibrant and tranquil spot offers great opportunities to view the cityscape and capture some amazing sights. There is a vast array of boats from all types of vessels from canoes to tall ships. There is also plenty of bird life around the basin as well as bistros, cafes, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Visitors can explore the many historic docklands and find out about the history of Limehouse Basin. There are many accessible routes for wheelchair users and people with disabilities to explore here. In the summertime (from April to October) there is a free guided walk starting from Limehouse Basin to view the many sights.
