The islands of St. Lucia are part of the Caribbean's Lesser Antilles, and are renowned for their stunning volcanic mountains, rainforest-clad interior and picturesque coastline. Founded by the French in 1660, the islands have a rich culture and history, proudly showcased in the many UNESCO designated sites that dot the island.
